POTATO SALAD 
8 or 9 lg. potatoes
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 1/2 tbsp. celery seeds
1 tsp. paprika for coloring
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. mustard
Dukes pickles mayonnaise
2 boiled eggs
Salt to taste

Cut up potatoes and boil until done. Cut up bell peppers and onions. Place potatoes in large bowl and add bell pepper, onion, 1 1/2 tablespoons celery seed, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 1/2 teaspoon mustard. Cut up eggs and mayonnaise; mix together, salt to taste.
