2 sticks butter
2 eggs
4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can applesauce
1 can coconut
1 box white raisins
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. dark syrup
1 c. nuts

Melt butter and add to eggs, mixing well. Combine all dry ingredients; add to butter mixture and add all other ingredients; mix well. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325 degrees until done. Remove from pan; cool and frost with any caramel frosting.
