MOZZARELLA MINI PIZZAS 
4 lg. English muffins, split, buttered
Parmesan cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
4 frankfurters
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Sprinkle muffins with the Parmesan cheese. Toast under broiler until golden brown. Place 2 tablespoons Cheddar cheese on each muffin. Cut frankfurters crosswise into 1/4-inch slices. Arrange on the muffins. Top each with about 2 tablespoons pizza sauce; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Mozzarella cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 12-15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
