TURKEY DAY LEFTOVER PIE 
Great for appetizer at parties or as a meal!

leftover turkey (shredded)
leftover mashed potatoes
leftover gravy
leftover cranberry sauce
leftover stuffing
2 pinches of salt
a few grinds of pepper

In a greased square casserole pan place the leftover stuffing into the bottom. Layer on the cranberry sauce followed by the shredded turkey. Season with salt and pepper. Finally add the mashed potatoes and a little bit of the gravy.

Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until the dish is warmed through and the potatoes are golden brown.

Serve with pieces of toasted french bread (garlic bread works great too) and the rest of the gravy. Add additional salt and/or pepper as per taste.
