ICEBERG GREEN TOMATO PICKLE 
7 lbs. green tomatoes
3 c. lime
2 gallons water

Wash, slice green tomatoes and put in lime water. Let stand 24 hours. Drain, put in clear water, changing water every 4 hours.

Place in kettle: 1 tsp. each cloves, allspice, mace, ginger, celery seed & cinnamon (all powdered)

Bring to boil, pour over tomatoes, let stand overnight. Next morning, bring to boil and boil 1 hour. Put in jars and seal.
