LASAGNA 
1 (8 oz.) box lasagna noodles

Cook 10 minutes in boiling water; drain.

SPAGHETTI SAUCE:

3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes in puree
1 lg. can tomato puree or 2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil

Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients, lower heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours.

CHEESE MIXTURE:

1 (16 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Mix ingredients together. Using 9"x12" pan, alternate layers of sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, sauce (last). Top with grated Mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
