1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. cream

Cook this mixture until thick and brown.

2 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg yolk

Mix these ingredients well, and stir into the first mixture. Cook until thick and pour into a pie crust.
