HOUMMUS 
1/3 c. sesame tahini
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1/4 c. cold water
Dash of salt & pepper
1 (20 oz.) can chick peas, drained
4 tbsp. water
1 to 2 tbsp. oil

Combine all ingredients in food processor until chick peas are well mashed. Garnish with the oil. Serve with sliced lemon and wedges of sahara bread.
