LEMON MERINGUE PIE | |
1 can condensed milk 1/2 c. lemon juice 2 eggs, separated 1 tsp. grated lemon rind Combine condensed milk, lemon juice and lemon rind. Add beaten egg yolks. Mix thoroughly; mixture will thicken. Pour into baked graham cracker crust. Top with meringue made from 2 egg whites. Bake for 12-15 minutes in 325 degree oven. |
