CHEESECAKE 
4 pkgs. of 8 oz. cream cheese
6 lg. eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix cream cheese until softened. Add the balance of the ingredients just to blend. (Mixture should be smooth.) Grease a 12 inch spring form pan. Place the cake pan in a roasting pan. Fill the roasting pan with water, 1/2 way up spring form pan. Bake at 375 degrees approximately 1 hour or until middle of cake does not jiggle. If cake browns too quickly drop the degrees to 325 degrees. Makes 20 servings.
