PARMESAN ROASTED POTATOES 
4 baking potatoes
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Grease a 13"x9" glass baking dish. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; place cut sides down in dish. Microwave on High 10 minutes, re-arranging potatoes halfway through. Remove from microwave. Dip cut sides of potatoes in butter, then in Parmesan cheese. Return to dish, cut sides down. Bake in oven 10 minutes. Makes 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
