BROCCOLI SOUP - THE BEST 
10 oz. broccoli, cut up
1/4 c. grated carrots

Cook until tender, then add:

2 qts. Half and Half cream
1 lb. grated American cheese

After cheese is melted thicken with:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour

Add to soup slowly. Salt and pepper to taste. Makes one gallon.
