TOASTED CRAB OLIVE WEDGES 
1 sm. round loaf sourdough bread, unsliced
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
2 c. crab meat, shredded
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. pimento-stuffed olives, sliced
1 tbsp. capers

Slice bread in half crosswise; cut each half into pie-shaped wedges, cutting down to, but not through, bottom crust. Spread wedges with butter and place under broiler until lightly toasted.

Mix together lightly the cheese, crab meat, mayonnaise, olives, and capers and spread over bread wedges. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot through. Cut through crust to serve.
