WONDER BLUEBERRY PIE 
FILLING:

1 c. sour cream or yogurt
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 pie shell
1 pt. blueberries (best fresh)

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. pecans

Combine all filling ingredients except pie shell and blueberries. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Add berries and pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Combine topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of filling. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Cool. Enjoy.
