AUNTIE'S HAMBURGER AND CHEESE
DISH
 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz.) water
1 pkg. Dutch egg noodles
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Saute onions and celery in butter. Add hamburger, brown thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the tomato sauce and water. Next add the noodles, uncooked. About 10 minutes later, sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese on top and let melt. Can be made in electric fry pan.
