TURTLE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
1 stick butter
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix cake according to directions on box. Pour half of batter in greased and floured 13x9-inch pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees; remove from oven. Melt caramels, butter and milk together; spread over cooked cake. Combine nuts and chocolate chips; sprinkle over caramel mixture. Pour remaining cake batter over top. Bake 15-20 minutes more. Cut into squares to serve. Can be iced with chocolate icing, if desired. Chewy and delicious!
