TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring to boil: butter, cocoa, oil and water. Remove from heat and add sugar, sour milk or buttermilk, vanilla, beaten eggs, flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well and pour into greased 12 x 18 inch baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 15 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. sour milk
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. icing sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Bring to boil: butter, sour milk, cocoa. Remove from heat and add icing sugar, vanilla and chopped nuts. Beat until smooth and pour over hot cake. This mix is quite thick but is spreadable on hot cake.
