PARMESAN WALNUT BREAD | |
3 c. flour 2/3 c. sugar 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (grated) 4 tsp. baking powder 1 egg 1 3/4 c. milk 1/3 c. walnut or cooking oil 1 c. chopped walnuts Combine first 4 ingredients. Combine next 3 ingredients. Add flour mixture to liquid ingredients and 3/4 cup nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup nuts on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 F. Freezes well. |
