HERSHEY'S SYRUP CAKE 
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup

Mix sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Add syrup and flour alternately, beating well. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Bring to a boil sugar and milk until sugar dissolves. Then add chocolate chips and butter. Stir until melted. Spread over cake.
