PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) chicken, cut up

Combine bread crumbs and grated cheese in shallow pan. Combine melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt; mix well. Coat chicken pieces with butter mixture, then roll in crumbs.

Place chicken in shallow baking pan. Pour remaining butter mixture over chicken. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Basting once or rice with pan drippings.
