BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans Golden mushroom soup
2/3 can water
1/4-1/2 c. sour cream
1 can sliced mushrooms or fresh to taste

Brown meat in butter with onion. Add soup, water, sour cream and mushrooms. Stir; cover. Cook in electric fry pan on simmer for 35-45 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir often. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4-6.
