Serving size = 2. Your choice of fruit: 1 cup of each = 2 cups bananas, peaches, plums, blueberries (choose your favorite!). 1 tbsp. honey (optional) 1 c. juice Orange, apple or cranberry, etc. 1/2 c. of vanilla or plain yogurt In a blender, mix together your choice of fruit and juice. Add honey and yogurt; blend until smooth! Be creative for your own delicious Fruit Smoothie! |
