CRAB-CHEESE BUNS 
2 c. shredded process American cheese (about 8 oz.)
1/3 c. butter
1 lb. crabmeat (drained and cartilage removed)
6 English muffins, split

Heat cheese and butter in saucepan over low heat until melted; remove from heat. Stir in crabmeat.

Place muffins, cut side up, on rack in broiler pan. Spread with crabmeat mixture.

Set oven control to 550 degrees or broil. Broil with tops 4 to 5 inches from heat until slightly brown and bubbly, about 2 minutes.
