FLUFFY ORANGE FROSTING 
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. yellow food coloring

Place all ingredients in top of a double boiler and place over boiling water. Beat with electric mixer at high speed for 5 to 7 minutes or until mixture stands in peaks. Remove from boiling water. Beat until thick and spread on sides and top of cake.
