KRAUT SALAD 
1 can chopped kraut
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. can of pimento, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar or to taste
1/4 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix well, refrigerate overnight for best flavor. Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator in a covered container.
