SQUID BAKED IN OVEN 
3 lbs. squid
1/3 c. olive oil
3/4 c. red wine, mix with 1/4 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour

Wash the squid thoroughly in cold water, then separate the outer sac from the heads and tentacles, and remove and discard the transparent cartilage, the small sand bag and ink sac. Remove outer skin. Rinse thoroughly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Flour squid, put in a 9x13 inch pan with oil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.

Half hour before taking out of oven, pour the wine over the squid and cover with foil for 15 minutes. Serves 6-8.
