PIZZA CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. Johnsonville Italian sausage
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
18 oz. can pizza sauce
4 oz. can mushrooms (drained)
2 eggs
1 c. milk
4 tsp. oil
2 c. flour

Steam and brown sausage, slice into 1/4 inch slices. Arrange in a glass 9x13 pan. Pour pizza sauce over sausage. Sprinkle onions and cheese over sauce.

In bowl combine egg, oil and milk using a wire whip. Beat and gradually add flour and beat until smooth. Pour over cheese. Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
