CUPLETS 
DOUGH:

1 stick butter
3-4 oz. cream cheese
1 c. flour

Mix together (refrigerate if too sticky).

FILLING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well.

Roll dough into ball, then flatten. Press into cuplet tins. Fill with 3/4 teaspoon filling. Do not grease tins. Bake 1/2 hour at 375 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool. Makes 24.

CHEESE FILLING:

(Will fill about 36 cuplets).

6 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Top with pineapple, strawberry etc. preserves.
