CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. turkey or chicken
1 (10 oz.) can green chile
2 green onions
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
4 oz. sour cream
Shredded cheese
1 pkg. tortillas

Mix together all ingredients except tortillas and cheese. Take tortillas and put 1-2 tbsp. sauce mixture in center. Roll up and put in a 9x13 pan. Continue to fill all tortillas. Pour remaining (1/2 above mixture) sauce over top of each enchilada and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10-20 minutes.
