1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1/2 can mushroom soup
1/2 c grated sharp cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 crushed cheese crackers

Cook broccoli 5 minutes, drain. combine soup, cheese, egg, mayonnaise, onions, salt and pepper. Add to broccoli and mix well. Pour into sprayed casserole, top with crumbs and bake. 4 servings. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
