CRANBERRY RELISH 
2 bags fresh cranberries
1 orange with peel
1 apple, cored
1 c. chopped walnuts
4-5 c. sugar

Wash and stem cranberries. Chop or grind in food processor (a little Oscar works fine). Cut orange into quarters, then in half; process. Repeat with apple. Add chopped walnuts. Place all ingredients in bowl and add sugar. Let set at least overnight, better if it sets at least 2 days. Looks pretty in clear glass bowl. Good with turkey, chicken, roast beef, as a side dish with sandwiches.
