MOCK CRAB SALAD 
2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. catsup
9 hard cooked eggs, grated fine
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Mix 3 tablespoons Knox gelatin (3 envelopes) in 1/2 cup cold water. Add 1/2 cup boiling water. Mix. Pour into the other mixed ingredients. Add 1 can crabmeat. Pour into 2 quart square or oblong pan, or a gelatin mold. Chill until set. Remove from pan garnish with a bit of crabmeat on top.
