CHICKEN STRIPS 
Coat chicken strips in flour. Brown in oil in fry pan. In another fry pan melt 1/2 stick butter with some parsley, 1/2 garlic clove if desired. 1 cup chicken bouillon cube. Cover fry pan and simmer 1/2 hour or longer. Serve with noodles, or rice.
