BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix together and press on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Do not bake.

FILLING:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix with mixer 20 minutes and spread evenly on crust.

Add in layers over filling, one at a time: 1 (20 oz.) can crushed, drained pineapple 1 lg. Cool Whip (13 1/2 oz.) Chopped walnuts Whole maraschino cherries

Drizzle chocolate syrup over top. Refrigerate 4-5 hours or overnight. Serves 12 easily.
