BARBECUE 
2 lb. pork shoulder
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 bottle ketchup
1 green pepper, ground in food chopper
1 onion, ground in food chopper
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 tsp. allspice, put in bag in sauce for 10 minutes, then remove
1 1/2 c. water

Simmer 1/2 hour, combine with meat which has been roasted and shredded. Veal can be used instead of pork, or both pork and veal. Serve to on buns. Serves 16-20.
