PEACH SOUP 
4 lg. ripe peaches, halved and pitted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. apple juice
3 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. coriander
Sugar

In a food processor, process peaches with lemon juice until pureed. Add 3/4 cup sour cream, apple juice, honey, nutmeg and coriander and process. Sweeten to taste with sugar and serve. Top each serving with a tablespoon of sour cream.
