1 qt. pitted peaches
3-4 tsp. artificial sweetener
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 box powdered pectin

Crush peaches in saucepan. Stir in lemon juice, pectin and artificial sweetener. Bring to boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Continue to stir 2 minutes. Pour into hot jars to within 1/4" of top. Seal when cool, store in ice box.
