2 c. Instant Potato, prepared
1/8 c. Onion
2 Eggs
Parsley

Butter baking dish. Arrange Potato in mounds. Make a dent in the center. Put and Egg in each dent. Sprinkle with Parsley.

Bake until Eggs are done at 400.
