CHEWY CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1/3 c. butter
3 lg. eggs
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. sour cream

Beat dry cake mix, 1/2 cup butter (softened), and 1 egg in large bowl with electric mixer just until crumbly. Press lightly into bottom and up sides of spring-form pan. Beat 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla, and 2 packages cream cheese until smooth. Spread over crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until set in center. Mix sour cream, 2 teaspoons vanilla, and 1/4 cup sugar together. Spread gently over cheese while still hot. Cool and refrigerate overnight. Remove sides of pan and top with cherry pie filling or serve wedges with raspberry sauce.

For raspberry sauce, thaw out 1 package frozen raspberries and mix with 3/4 cup sugar. Process in food processor until smooth.
