COWBOY SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
Tabasco to taste
2 c. tomato juice
1 can Ranch style beans
1 tbsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat, onion and garlic in large skillet; add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Serve with hot flour tortillas.
