3 c. Bisquick
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coconut milk
1 tbsp. butter

Mix ingredients well. Pour into 2 medium size pans, to fit into your steamer. Steam for 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
