CHICKEN SWISS CRISSCROSS 
2 (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
4 c. chopped, cooked chicken
2 c. chopped, cooked, drained broccoli
6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg, beaten
Salt & pepper

Separate roll dough into 2 rectangles. Press in 10"x15" pan over bottom and 1/4" up side. Ungreased. Bake 6 to 8 minutes.

Combine chicken, broccoli, cheese, onion, mustard, seasonings; mix. Spoon over crust.

Separate remaining dough, press to seal. Cut into 5 strips lengthwise. Place 6 over chicken. Cut 4 in half and place over crosswise. Brush with egg. Bake 18 to 23 minutes.
