PARMESAN PORK CHOPS 
4 or 5 pork chops
1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 stick butter

Mix crumbs, cheese and pepper in pie plate. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and put butter in 9 x 13 pan and put in oven to melt. Beat eggs, add milk in another bowl. Roll chops in crumbs mixture first, then in egg mixture and back in crumbs again. Place in pan with melted butter and bake 1 hour, 30 minutes on each side.
