NOODLES WITH SOUR CREAM 
1 lg. pkg. fine egg noodles
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 med. onion, chopped
Dash Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles 10 minutes; drain; combine with all other ingredients except Parmesan. If too dry for your taste, add more sour cream. Bake in buttered casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with Parmesan.
