DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. + 2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. Weight Watchers butter
2 tsp. corn oil
10 pkgs. Sweet & Low
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chocolate syrup
1/3 c. + 1 tbsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a bundt pan with PAM and set aside. Stir together the first 5 ingredients (dry mix). In a second bowl combine second set of ingredients (wet mix) and set aside.

With an electric mixer, mix third set of ingredients together until fluffy. Add the dry mix and the wet mix alternately!! Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Test with toothpick. Cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes before removing. Serves 20.
