TURKEY LOAF (Diet) 
1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 egg white
1/2 c. oat bran
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. mustard
3 slices onion, minced
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Mix all. Form into a loaf. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees F.
