BRUNSWICK STEW 
2 1/2 lb. beef
2 1/2 lb. chicken
1 qt. corn
2 onions
1 qt. tomatoes
1 pt. lima beans
1 lg. potato
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire

Cook beef until tender and cut in small pieces. Cook chicken with salt until tender, remove from bone, cut into small pieces, return to water, add rest of ingredients. Cook until thick.
