CHICKEN AND SPAGHETTI 
1 fat hen
2 bell peppers
1 can pimentos (med.)
3 onions
6 garlic cloves or salt
1 can mushroom soup
1 box spaghetti

Cook chicken until tender. Remove from broth and bone, cut into pieces. Chop peppers, onions, pimentos and garlic and saute in butter. Add some broth if needed. Cook until tender.

Meanwhile, add soup to broth and boil. Add spaghetti and cook until tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken pieces and cook for about 5 minutes to mix flavors.

For larger groups add 1 bell pepper, 2 onions, 1 small can pimentos, 1 can soup and 1 box spaghetti. Makes 4 quarts.
