6 c. Special K cereal 1 c. sugar 1 c. light Karo syrup 1 c. peanut butter 1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips 1 (12 oz.) bag butterscotch chips Combine sugar and Karo in pan; cook over medium heat until it boils. Remove from heat. Add to the peanut butter and Special K cereal which should be in a bowl. Stir until evenly coated. Press in buttered 9x13 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over low heat. Remove once chips are melted and spread over Special K mix. Cool and cut. Serves 20. |
