COUNTRY CORN BREAD 
1 c. corn meal
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 to 2 tbsp. bacon grease

Preheat medium size skillet with 1 to 2 tablespoon bacon grease. Mix together all ingredients and pour into hot skillet. Bake until golden brown on top at 425 degrees. Remove from oven and invert.
